Since the tragic death of Paul Walker many have speculated the initial cause of his death. Now it’s being reported that the L.A. County Coroner’s Office has completed their examination via dental records for both Walker, and his friend, Roger Rodas, who was driving the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT.

The L.A. County Coroner’s Office has released a statement in regards to the tragic crash that took the lives of actor Paul Walker, and his friend, Roger Rodas. Walker, 40, passed away due to a “combination of traumatic and thermal injuries.”

According to the statement, Walker did not die by the impact of the crash, and is believed to have been alive for a few seconds. It’s said that ultimately the fire caused by the impact was the cause of death. In the case of Roger Rodas, 38, the driver died on impact from severe injuries, and fire was not listed as a factor in his death.

It’s said that toxicology results will not be in for the two men until six to eight weeks, although the Medical Examiner has ruled that the deaths of Walker and his friend were accidental.

As for the event surrounding the accident, the two men were winding down after a charity event for Walker’s ROWW organization when they decided to take the red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT out for a test drive. According to Walker and Rodas’ mutual friend, Jim Torp, the two were not drag racing and were testing out a problem with the car that the two were trying to diagnose.

Shortly they left the garage, tragedy struck. According to Torp, smoke was visible from Always Evolving Performance Motors, which was the shop Rodas owned, and is around the corner from the crash site. Although many of their friends tried to get them out of the car, there was nothing that could be done. In addition, initial reports that said Walker’s 15-year-old daughter Meadow was on site at the time are false.

United States, California - Sisters Charm and Brittani Niccole have both been given breast enhancements by their plastic surgeon father. The girls, from fashionable Orange County in California, are walking advertisements for their famous plastic surgeon parent, Dr Michael Niccole.
Brittani, 25, first had breast surgery as a gift for her 18th birthday when she went from an A cup to C. Then, three years later Michael gave her a rhinoplasty for her 21st birthday, when he narrowed the bridge of her nose.
Charm first went under Michael’s knife at the tender age of ten when she had her protruding belly button reshaped. This year she also opted for a breast augmentation to take her from 32B to 32C – and didn’t have to look far for a surgeon.
Charm, also 25, explains:

Founder of “As The Lord Said, It Should Be Done Temple” Blessed Oguguamakwa Dikeh has declared that Christians should forget about the second coming of Jesus Christ (rapture), saying that it would never come to pass.
The cleric recently came under heavy criticism by Nigerians over his strange biblical beliefs and the purported serving of alcohol in his church.
The controversial cleric in an Interview with Daily Independent asserted that, “There is nothing like rapture. If you tell me that rapture means when a person dies, his soul goes back to God and his flesh to the dust, then I will agree, but anything other than that, I don’t agree. Don’t let anybody deceive you.
He also argued that there’s no hell fire after death.
He voiced his conviction thus, “There is nothing like hell fire after life. Heaven is here on earth already. When you are suffering, you are in hell fire. If you are in poverty and cannot pay your house rent then you are already in hell. But when you are in heaven, even if you reside in a flat, your landlord will come and beg you for money. He would even say don’t worry, I will give the other tenant quit notice for you.”
Speaking further, the preacher said he doesn’t pray with the name of Jesus, saying that Jesus was also a servant like him.
Hear him, “I pray in the name of God, because my father, Adam, did not pray in Jesus’ name. Jesus is a servant like me. He has finished his assignment and has gone. I am a servant too. commercial Bus Driver who Ráped Passenger From 7p.m To 10a.m In Enugu gets no bail

A commercial bus driver, identified as Emeka Ugwudiobi has been accused of raping one of his passengers from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m. at gun point in an uncompleted building around Mayor Market, Enugu.
According to the prosecution counsel, Mr Francis Ajagu, the driver plies the New Market-Gariki route and the victim was one of his passengers.On that fateful day, the driver noticed only the victim was remaining in the bus and drove to  an uncompleted building beside the Mayor Market and started raping the victim.
Ajagu said the victim was ráped from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m. without break and that the pleas of the victim to allow her rest fell on deaf ears.
The victim was rescued by one Mr Chidubem Ezeorah, a passerby who ran into the scene and reported the case to the police.
He said that the victim could hardly  stand on her feet when the police came to her rescue in the  uncompleted building.
However, Mr Obeta Peter, the counsel to the accused, who described the accused as a responsible man with a wife and four children said Emeka had been driving for the past 16 years and that nobody had ever complained that he was a rapist.

He denied that his client had ever set eyes on the victim before, adding that there was no way a bus driver would carry a gun inside his bus and the police would not notice.
Justice Dorathy Agishi ordered the accused to be remanded in prison custody while adjourning the case to Feb. 26, 2014 for further hearing.

[SHOCKING PHOTO] Jungle Justice: Lagos Policemen Kill Undergraduate and Friend In A Gruesome Lynching

Policemen attached to the Badagry Police Division, Lagos State, and some hoodlums have been accused of killing a 25-year-old undergraduate of Delta State University, Ifechukwude Nwainokpor, and his friend, identified simply as Kazeem.

An eight-minute video clip of the gruesome killing showed the two victims handcuffed together. They were covered in their own blood and beaten to death with sticks. Tyres were also put round   their necks.
An irate mob could be seen in the video, shouting, “die, die, burn them, burn them.”
At some points in the video, a policeman was seen interviewing the boys. He asked who sent them (victims) to rob the area, an accusation they denied. One of the hoodlums, holding a sharp object attempted to cut off the private part of one of the victims.
Nwainokpor could be seen pleading with the hoodlums and policemen to spare his life, saying he could identify himself if given a chance. His plea, however, fell on deaf ears.
A source, who visited the family of Nwainokpor  on Tuesday, learnt that the lynching took place around 3pm on July 21, 2013 in Ajara area of Badagry, a community not far from Nwainokpor’s family home.
His father, Samuel said that his son was arrested while passing through a street in the area  but a misunderstanding later ensued and the hoodlums pounced on  him  and Kazeem.
He added that  Nwainokpor, who was nicknamed Ify, was a final year student of Geology and Mining.
He said, “On that particular day, I was in Ghana when I received a telephone call  that I should come immediately. My wife was in Delta State taking care of her   mother.
“When I arrived two days later, my relatives and the caretaker of my house  told me that my son was killed in the Ajara area along with his friend. I was devastated.
“I got my son a  temporary job with a Customs licensed  agent since their lecturers were on strike.  He worked everyday except on Sundays when he visited his  friends. On that day, he went to see Kazeem and they were strolling around Ajara.”
Samuel said because there had been a robbery in Ajara four days earlier, some of the residents were on the lookout for strange faces.
He added that when the youth  saw two unknown young men, they  accosted them and an argument ensued.
He said the youth  called the head of the vigilante group   in the area, one Asiribo.
He said, “Asiribo came to the scene with a locally-made pistol and handcuffs. He handcuffed my son and his friend  before asking them questions.
“Later, it was decided that the boys be taken to the Baale, Agano Oniyon of Agamade Ajara. But as they were going, Asiribo, while trying to return his gun into its  pouch, mistakenly shot himself in the stomach and died.”
Samuel said Asiribo’s death infuriated the youth, who  blamed the boys for  his  death.“The mob picked up sticks  and beat them to death. Policemen were there,” he said.
Holding back tears, the retired immigration officer   added  that the police treated the matter as a robbery case. Beating  his chest,  Samuel said there was no way his son would have been involved in  armed robbery.
Nwainokpor’s boss, Aloysius Onyenibedi, described him as an honest and hardworking person.
“I trusted him to the extent that I used to keep a lot of money with him. He was good to my children and was honest,” he said.
The Nwainokpor family berated the Divisional Police Officer, Badagry Police Station,  Dankoli Mohammed, for the manner he treated the case.
The spokesperson for the state police command, Ngozi Braide, said, “The incident is quite pathetic. Even if they were armed robbers, no one has the right to take the life of another. Why then do we have the police and the judiciary? The Nigerian police as well as the law condemn mob action and jungle justice. The commissioner of police has set up a high- powered investigation body to investigate the matter.

There’s a pool in Israel in the Muslim Quarter of Jerusalem, called Pool of Bethesda, that is associated with healing. In Nigeria, rumours of mystical/divine healing waters have been circulated ever since the news of the river in Nachi, a community in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State, became viral on the Internet.

Already named ‘Orimiri Jordan’ [River Jordan], it has become a pilgrimage centre of sorts, playing host to people from all parts of the country.

A longtime administrator for University of Colorado, Denver, was recently suspended after officials learned she was likely taking calls for a phone s*x business during her office hours.
Resa Cooper-Morning, 54 — a cultural diversity coordinator for the school’s Ethnic Studies department — was placed on paid administrative leave after CBS Denver exposed the operation, which included a website that featured numerous unclad photos of the woman and an option to chat for $1.49 a minute.
The website, msresa.com, was recently shut down.
“It’s very important to us that our employees uphold the values of our organization while they are in the workplace,” the school’s vice chancellor of communications, Leanna Clark, told the news station.

An important political figure in Nigeria, a former military ruler of Nigeria, Major General (rtd.) Muhammadu Buhari (b. December 17, 1942) published some of his thoughts concerning the controversial letter of ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo to President Goodluck Jonathan. The Obasanjo letter did not come as any surprise to us. No right thinking Nigerian will choose to ignore the apalling descent to anarchy that Nigeria is experiencing under this government.
The good people of this country are equally oppressed by the PDP regimes of both Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan. Therefore, while we have the right to demand accountability for the pertinent issues raised in the said letter, we also have the moral responsibility to question the sincerity of the messenger, and to condemn and reject the duo (Obasanjo and Jonathan) for their crimes against the good people of this country.
The destiny of Nigeria is the destiny of 170 million of us. No single individual, no single tribe, religion, political party or region can usurp this destiny for its selfish whim. Our strength and unity is national, not regional. There are attempts by the PDP to undermine this hard-earned national unity, we must guard against such manipulations with utmost vigilance.

CRAZY: DJ Sent to Coma at Night Club for Playing Tonto Dikeh’s Hit Single

According to Police reports, a 41-year-old DJ Moses was beaten to coma by a group of men in a liquid lounge nightclub, around 5 a.m., in the morning of December 14, 2013, Saturday.

A fight broke out, when the DJ played Tonto Dikeh’s single JEJE.
Trying to mix it and repeatedly mixing the intro of the song an angry guy yelled the DJ should change the song.

The drunk attackers did not stop on this. They started kicking and hitting the DJ.
Paramedics found the 41-year-old unconscious and bleeding. The man was taken to a local hospital.
Doctors say he is suffering from fractures to the eye and bruising on the brain. Although he is in a medically induced coma, but he is showing some signs of recovery.
One of the suspects was caught. All this drunk man had to say was:
“He [the DJ] is mad, how could he be repeating that song for 5 mins what kind f**kery is that…”

The Nigerian Tribune had an opportunity to interview the young woman and to learn her story:
Before now, chilling stories had been told of individuals who continued to experience life even after their clear deaths. The Yoruba call them Akudaaya. To the Hausa, they are Satalwa. Time after time, there were stories of how the dead, who were supposed to be six feet under the ground, would still stick around on the surface of the earth and lead lives as normal, regular human beings albeit in faraway places where their chances of bumping into either families or acquaintances who had previously bade them goodbye from this world are virtually zero.
Many have dismissed such stories as fictions, hallucinations or fabrications, but the recent experience of a 20-year-old Taiyelolu Abdulrahman, whose father, who died almost 20 years ago, nurtured till she was married to another dead or “ghost” husband, is lending credence to such weird developments.
It was a Herculean task getting Taiyelolu to grant Saturday Tribune an interview because, according to her, she had already spoken at length with a popular Yoruba magazine which she claimed only used her story for economic reasons. “Where is the assistance they promised would come my way as a result of the interview I granted them?”
Her father-in-law, Mr. Raufu Gbadamosi, also was not favourably disposed to Taiyelolu granting another press interview. He showed disapproval when he shook his head, disappeared into his room and then reappeared with a cap and just exited the house.
When she finally opened up, it turned out that nothing could be more bizarre than Taiyelolu’s story. She and her twin brother, Kehinde, grew up with their father in a flat at the Ajah area of Lagos. They led a relatively comfortable life in the house where they only depended on generator as the only source of electricity. Although their father was not engaged in any kind of work, he provided for them.
“My father was not working. He never left the house except on a few occasions at night. But if I asked for N50, 000, he gave it to me. We had no visitors and we visited nobody,” she said.
All they had to do were sleep, eat and watch home videos.
Asked about her mother, she said she and her twin brother grew up to know only their father. They did not see any woman with him. To go out of the house, their father gave the twins a small gourd each which they simply clasped to their palms and then they burst out on the road and board vehicles to the market to purchase food items like wheat, semovita, macaroni, spaghetti and rice. They never consumed amala (yam flour meal).
On a particular day, however, Taiyelolu forgot to take her gourd and as she stepped out of the house, what confronted her was a cemetery with a lot of vaults and a bushy environment.
She screamed and dashed back inside. Then, her father told her to pick the gourd, atona (guide) as it was called. As she clasped the object to her palm and then ventured out, this time, she found herself on a busy tarred road.
Another incident which frightened her happened in the night. “My father went out whenever he wanted but it was always around 10.00 or 11.00 p.m. He would not take anyone along with him. But there was a day I begged him to take me out to where he usually went and he obliged. When we got there, something strange and fearful happened. It was like a canteen and there, I saw a small cooking stand with a big pot on it without firewood or fire and the food was boiling. I asked my father how it was possible for food to cook without firewood and fire and the woman selling the food became angry and slapped me. She asked my father who I was; that I was not part of them but only wanted to expose their secrets. My father begged her and we left the place,” she remarked.
After the incident, her father refused to take her out again so that she would not be privy to the secrets and circumstances surrounding their true identities. Since then, she refused to take food from her father, but only cooked her own food.

Growing desires for land along Kenya’s Indian Ocean coastline are allegedly causing a rise in “witch lynchings” by residents to intimidate their elderly relatives who own the title deeds of desirable areas.

Sadaka Muruu, 100, who owns 12 acres of sought-after land in coastal Kilifi county, claimed she was told by her grandchildren that they would burn her alive after investors asked about purchasing it.
The frightened grandmother was allegedly dragged unclad from her home in January by relatives who had turned up without notice, and told neighbours they had caught her doing witchcraft.

Others have suffered a much-worse fate, with more than 50 people aged over 60 lynched this year over witchcraft accusations. Seven were killed in Cllr Mwambire’s district in Kilifi alone this summer.
Some were burned to death in front of villagers. Other victims were fatally hit with machetes – such as Thomas Barawa, 79, who died in August just four weeks after his wife suffered the same fate.
Cllr Mwambire led an independent probe into witchcraft and found relatives can arrange a killing for the equivalent of only £30.

Letter To Jonathan: Show Proof That I’m Being Used To Run Killer Squad Or Keep Quiet, Al-Mustapha To Obasanjo

Former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, General Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha on Thursday challenged former President Olusegun Obasanjo to provide evidence on his claims that President Goodluck Jonathan influenced the Appeal Court judgment which discharged and acquitted him of the murder of Alhaja Kudirat Abiola.

Al-Mustapha, who is currently overseas, also denied the former president’s allegation that he was being used by President Jonathan to run a killer squad the same way he allegedly operated the famous X-Squad during the late military dictator’s regime to eliminate political opponents.
Information Nigeria reports that in his December 2 letter to the President titled ‘Before it is too late’, Mr. Obasanjo had alleged that Mr. Jonathan interfered with the court process to set an unnamed murderer free, and organised a presidential reception for him.
Apparently, the former president was referring to Al-Mustapha, who was freed by the Court of Appeal in July over the murder of the late Kudirat Abiola.
But Al-Mustapha, who spoke through his counsel Barrister Olalekan Ojo yesterday, dared Mr. Obasanjo to produce evidence to back up his weighty allegations in the said letter.
Obasanjo had written: “Presidential assistance for a murderer to evade justice and presidential delegation to welcome him home can only be in bad taste generally but particularly to the family of his victim.
“Assisting criminals to evade justice cannot be part of the job of the presidency. Or, as it is viewed in some quarters, is he being recruited to do for you what he had done for Abacha in the past? Hopefully, he should have learned his lesson. Let us continue to watch”, he wrote in an 18-page letter that has now gone viral.
In his reaction, Ojo told Daily Trust: “To the best of my knowledge, President Jonathan never organised or sponsored any welcome rally to Al-Mustapha after his release”.
Al-Mustapha had been incarcerated for 14 years before he was acquitted by the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal, after being sentenced to death by a Lagos High Court.
Ojo said, “The impression (of Obasanjo’s letter) is that the Court of Appeal caved into pressure from President Jonathan, to that extent, the comment is disturbing, worrisome and unwarranted.
“The judiciary should be left alone and not be dragged into politics. The Justices of the Court of Appeal in Lagos that sat over the case are jurists of impeccable character and it is not fair for anybody, no matter how well-placed, to attack the integrity of these judges. We challenge Obasanjo to produce evidence of such interference to make it available to the public”.
He added: “My client was discharged and acquitted on the merit of his appeal. Majority of those who commented on the judgment expressed satisfaction. It is most unfortunate that a person like OBJ could accuse the President of using his exalted office for such a sinister and morally reprehensible thing. It must be stated that if OBJ has any issue to settle with the President, he should not drag Al Mustapha into it”.
Speaking specifically on the allegation that Al-Mustapha is being used by Jonathan to run a hit squad, Ojo said that the accusation was a pointer to the enormous hatred Obasanjo had for Al-Mustapha.
“At no time has he been involved in any such thing. It is totally false. Al-Mustapha is earnestly committed to the promotion of peace and harmony in Nigeria. It is most unfair that such an allegation should be made against him. It is an attempt to give a dog a bad name to hang him. When Al-Mustapha returns (from abroad) he will make a fuller response”, Ojo said.

Lucky Bride Escapes Death After Wedding

A bride narrowly escaped death in an auto crash while on her way from her wedding.

The accident involving a NNPC tanker with number plate XG 321 MKA, a cargo truck and two saloon cars happened at about 4: 45pm on Saturday, close to the Otedola bridge, Alausa, on Lagos/Ibadan Expressway.
Our reporter who witnessed the accident said the NNPC truck, while descending the slop from Alausa at top speed, could not hold its break. The bride and her husband were said to have jumped out of their car.
When Punch reporter got to the scene of the accident, the groom was no where in sight. The groom’s elder sister who spoke to our repoter while cuddling her baby explained that they were just coming from the wedding reception of the couple.
She was seen kneeling down and thanking God for their escape but refused to give the name of the couple.
The fire coming out of the truck was put out by sympathisers as the tanker was carrying petroleum product. The accident also resulted in gridlock which was controlled by men of the Federal Road Safety Corps.

HARROWING STORY: Woman Marries Dummy As Her Boyfriend Dies Days Before Wedding

A heartbroken woman whose boyfriend died days before their wedding decided to get married anyway – to a shop dummy.

Sanja Seke, 21, was looking forward to years of wedded bliss with her 29-year-old fella Igor but her hopes and dreams for the future were shattered when he died of a heart attack just before their wedding day.
She said of the shocking news: “We had been together since I was 16, and all I wanted to do was spend my life with him.
When they told me that he had died of a sudden heart attack I just couldn’t take it in, my life over the last two years has been like a living nightmare.
With the event in the Serbian town of Sid planned and paid for, Sanja decided to get married anyway and used a mannequin dressed in Igor’s wedding suit as a stand-in, saying it was the next best thing to actually getting married to her boyfriend.

Sanja said of her big day: “My friends mentioned to me that perhaps if we had been married and had fulfilled our dream things might have been different, and that was when I decided that perhaps I should just go ahead with the wedding anyway.
“I had already organised a dress, so I just sent out invites to his family and mine and everybody attended. Everything was really great.”
Rather than be downbeat about everything that happened, the bride and guests tried to make it a day celebrating Igor’s life.
Sanja added: “We tried to make it a joyful affair and a celebration of his life and for me it was all about completing something unfinished so that I can move on. I hope that now I will be able to move on with my life.”
The ceremony also included music by their favourite singer and a local priest to conduct a special ceremony to help Sanja find closure.

CANNIBALISM: Miami Police shoot dead man eating another man’s face

Police officers in Miami, Florida have shot and killed a unclad man eating the face of another unclad man.
Reports say the cannibal refused to obey police orders to stop his grisly meal, which a source claims included his victim’s nose and eyeballs.
The attacker was reportedly warned to back away but when he continued to eat the victim, the officer opened fire several times, killing him, with local media saying that about 75% of his victim’s face was missing.
A Cyclist, Larry Vega,  said there was “blood all over the place” when he came across the horrific scene.
“I told him get off,
“The guy just kept eating the other guy away like ripping his skin.” Mr Vega said.
He said he alerted a police officer, who warned the attacker several times to back away from the victim.
“The guy just stood his head up like that with a piece of flesh in his mouth and growled,” Mr Vega added.
The victim, who is said to be a homeless man, is reported to be in a critical condition in hospital.

The Crime Scene

The head of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police, Armando Aguilar, told a local news agency that “When the officer approached… [the attacker] turned around and growled like a wild animal and kept eating at the man’s face.”

Mr. Armando Aguilar, said drugs are at the root of the attack.
“We have seen, already, three or four cases that are exactly like this where some people have admitted taking LSD and it’s no different than cocaine psychosis,” Aguilar said.
In the cases Aguilar mentioned, he said the people have all taken their clothing off, been extremely violent with what seemed to be super-human strength, even using their jaws as weapons.
“Extremely strong, I took care of a 150 pound individual who you would have thought he was 250 pounds,” Aguilar said. “It took six security officers to restrain the individual.
Emergency room Doctor Paul Adams agreed with Aguilar saying similar cases have showed up in the Emergency Room.

Hotel Staff Finds 40 Pythons In A Room

  Hotel staff got the shock of their lives after finding 40 PYTHONS in a room. The snakes – some up to four-and-a-half feet long – were rescued from plastic storage bins. The manager of the Canadian hotel where they were discovered said they belonged to a couple who had checked into the room for a night. Police removed the reptiles while the two guests were out for the evening and took them to an animal shelter.
